Sankalp Shiksha is a non-profit organization created by students of IIT/NIT/MBBS that aims to uplift the rural education, mentor young minds and give back to the community.

I am Vikas Kumar working as an Analyst at Tredence Inc. from past 2 years. The motivation of doing something selfless for the society came from what I faced in my village during my school days. The basic facilities which are necessary to succeed and launch career such as basic Education, Health, Awareness, Empowerment, Environment, Digitalization etc. is not up to the mark. We as the responsible citizens of this country, have to work together towards providing all the necessary facilities in the rural areas so that no one falls behind in advancement and contribute to the betterment and development of our country.

I am the founder of Co-Founder of HANMUN which is an SDGs startup that focuses on youth self-development and event management, an easy way of learning soft skills. HANMUN is Incubated at NSRCEL IIM-Bangalore which is supported and funded by Goldman Sachs. And recently got Auditioned for Shark Tank India. I have been working as Co-founder of Sankalp Shiksha from past 3 years and it was one of my dream project to provide quality education to rural students.

I did MBBS from BRD Medical College in Gorakhpur, UP. Currently, I am in the midst of my internship, It has been a fulfilling experience for me to contribute to the medical field and gain practical knowledge during this phase of my career. Furthermore, I am proud to say that I have been serving as a co-founder of Sanklap Shiksha for the past three years. Establishing this organisation has been a long-cherished dream of mine, and I am grateful to have turned it into a reality.

Seeing today's youth i came to a conclusion that many of them are going through depression and the reason might vary but at this age the youth should focus only on making their future bright and be a gem to the country. They should understand their present and work profusely for it instead of worrying for the future. Curiosity is what gives birth to new ideologies, that is what i believes. i believes one should always be happy of what he has because the other person might not have the same things too.

Paarvi is a passionate and driven individual with a strong commitment to social impact. She is currently a PGP student at ISB, where she is studying Marketing & Operations. She completed her BTech from NIT Hamirpur in Electronics and Communication Engineering and has four years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations. In her free time, Paarvi enjoys working out and playing sports such as squash. She is also an avid volunteer and has been involved with Sankalp Shiksha, an NGO that provides education to underprivileged children, since its inception during the COVID-19 pandemic. At Sankalp Shiksha, Paarvi has helped with a variety of marketing strategies, such as developing and executing online social media campaigns to raise awareness of the NGO's work and to collect donations, organizing school festivals and other fundraising events, and guiding the team on corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Her long term goal is to make the NGO self reliant and empower the people of Kushinagar district with education and stable job.

I born and brought up in a village where education was hardly achievable, But my family (being illiterate) knew the significance of education, they came forward with all the struggle financially and educationally to empower me from 1st class to B.Tech graduate from IITM. By God's grace I got knowledge of spirituality by the teachings of Bhagavad-gita, I am also a health advisor by the learnings of bodily functions and hormonal balance. Now it's time give back whatever I have received from everyone selflessly From basic facilities for health and education to career empowerment so that that students from villages will not get judged by our nation members. I want to empower the rural students by the teachings of real knowledge of Spritual, health and personal enhancement in their life.
