Yes, to a large extent — all learning materials, coaching, and mentorship are provided either free of cost or at a very minimal fee, primarily to ensure student commitment and seriousness toward the program.
With the entrance test. We work with local schools, community leaders, and surveys to identify motivated, underserved students and convince even their parents to send their kids of after-school education.
