What is the Rojgaar Buddy Program?

 Rojgaar Buddy, an initiative by Sankalp Shiksha, is designed for rural youth aged 18 to 25 years, helping them build essential digital and professional skills to access real earning opportunities.

With the help of expert trainers and dedicated mentorship, rural youths are prepared for freelancing, part-time jobs, internships, and income-generating work often within a few months of training.
